Decor Design & Construction (DDC) was established by Mark Strouse, who dreamed of bringing consistency and a new level of quality to the building industry, as well as providing his clients with only the highest quality product. Mark has been a professional custom framer/builder in Medina County for the past eighteen years; personally building, assisting or supervising over 300 custom homes.
DDC offers the custom home buyer choices that other builders will not; making the home building experience satisfying and rewarding. DDC has earned a reputation for excellence by building custom homes priced from $250,000 to $10,000,000, offering custom home building design services and remodeling of existing homes or light commercial buildings.
